For six months, you'll be immersed in the rhythms of Protopia — a regenerative farm, a co-living community, and an office innovating organizational dynamics. You'll learn by doing, lead by serving, and grow by being challenged every day.
Applicants who complete the program successfully may pivot into assuming meaningful responsibilities in the organization as a permanent member of our community.

Daily & weekly flow.
A structured container with space for emergence.
Daily Practice
Morning practice is the go-to experience to start the day. Scheduled movement or meditation is facilitated daily.
Daily Sync-Up
A quick weekday check-in. Begins with feelings, then shared daily projects and workflow.
Logistics Meeting
Weekly: we organize long- and short-term projects and responsibilities using sociocratic frameworks.
Community Circle
Weekly meeting dedicated to community connection through sharing and listening. Not logistics — just humans.
Community Offerings
Co-creation is core. The team guides the space, but everyone is invited to share their gifts.
LEARNING TRACKS
Eight areas of immersion.
Join 3–5 passionate apprentices for a 3–6 month journey through all of them.
Creative Cooking
Learn the art of crafting nourishing meals from local, seasonal ingredients. Explore plant-based and ethical carnivore meals. Dive into fermentation, herbalism, and medicine making. Then lead cooking sessions for the community.
Permaculture
Design regenerative systems and tend the land with love. Grow food, plant trees, and live in rhythm with nature's cycles. Dive deeper into agroforestry systems, compost making, bio ferments, and permaculture design.
Natural Building
Learn regenerative building techniques using materials from the land. Cob, earth plaster, stone foundations, reclaimed wood — hands-on skills that leave something permanent behind.
Hospitality
Facilitate experiences for 30–40 international digital nomads, artists, and entrepreneurs. Learn what it takes to make people feel at home in the jungle.
Wellness & Relationships
Explore authentic relating, emotional responsibility, and somatic practices. Build the relational skills that make community actually work.
Content & Outreach
Tell the story. Create social media content, build the brand, document the journey. Learn conscious content creation and community outreach in a real-world setting.
Resource Management
Understand how an off-grid community sustains itself. Water systems, solar power, supply chains, budgets. The invisible infrastructure that makes everything else possible.
Research & Development
Explore innovative solutions for how we live, work, and play. From horizontal community dynamics to business development — contribute to the ideas that shape Protopia's future.
