Tune-In is a somatic journey, a way of embodying what is already within you, different from a pre-established typical wellness program.

Guided by known Costa Rican somatic teachers, this experience invites movement, feeling, and deep listening through practices like authentic movement, nature connection, contact improvisation, fascial gymnastics and ecstatic dance.  Return to your body, your truth and your inner wisdom, guided by the mother Earth's rhythm.
